Harvey & Co has been letting properties for three generations. They recognised that they needed to reposition their brand, in order to stand-out in a crowded property market, and maintain their appeal with landlords and tenants. This included renaming their business to Harvey Lets.

Commissioned by their strategic marketing partners We Do Fruition, we created a brand that is distinctive and identifiable. The motif and wordmark can be used flexibly – adapting to whatever it is applied to – yet always remains recognisable. This brand has been applied to Harvey Lets’ office signage, stationery, website, property marketing and social media.

We incorporated the new company name directly into brand messaging in a playful, friendly way, and using it to eye-catching effect on property signage.
